mission biscotti: accomplished.

i made 500 pieces of biscotti for a wedding this weekend. it took me about 16 hours to do so. be impressed.

i will be home in less than two weeks and i'm as pleased as punch about that.

i've outsmarted you, c-store employee. I bought coffee and a small, single serving of milk. AND IT ONLY COST ME $1.21. AND IT WILL LAST ME FOR AT LEAST A WEEK.

Dear C-Store employee,
I did not get a "cappuccino" today, even though you charged me for one. When asked, "Cappuccino?", I responded "Coffee." And that's what it was. So when you ask me if needed one of those little plastic cups of sugary cream-oil that don't need to be refrigerated and I say no, and you ask me if I put any "frosting" on it, and I say that I put "That much," (meaning less than a fourth of an inch), you are wrong to tell me that that is a cappuccino. I work at a coffee shop. I know what a cappuccino is. It is not less than one fourth of an inch of steamed milk. Thus, you should charge me $.99 instead of $1.29. Trust me.

oh, little livejournal. i've not forgotten you.

i have decided to change my major to philosophy. just kidding. i hate philosophy. it's like a horrible cross-breed of math and english. sociology for people who want to appear smart. and waste time.

merry christmas (eve).

today i:
-woke up at six forty five and stared out the window while still on my loft and thought..it's so early and it's nice to be up so early.
-took my modern english exam. all i can say is, it's over. and he still hasn't graded my paper. dr. adams, just put an 'a' on it and be done. thank you.
-finished packing. everyone, never fear. i have brought home enough clothes for all of you. and your entire family.
-spilled coffee on a white shirt. go me.
-rode with sarah back to charlotte.
-decorated our christmas tree. i honestly hate decorating christmas trees. i don't know why.
-helped my brother study for a history test ('de gauLLe...nationaL Liberation') and then made his lunch (peanut butter and banana sandwich, cheese stick, rice krispie treat, and an apple. i rock.).
-watched tv with my mom. project runway, baby.

tomorrow i will:
-go to a doctor's appointment.
-do something with adam.
-enjoy being home.

one more exam.
then i am going home.
for christmas.

sooooo. i'm not going to clean my room until sunday night, when i am packing to go home. that sounds just fine.
sooooo. i have wasted an immense amount of time in wonderful fashion:
- brunch
- nap
- running
- mall
- television
- dinner

tomorrow, all of my useless knowledge about horses will be poured out onto an exam and completely destroyed and i will be happy.
